Healthy Me: Cooking and Sports is designed to help young people develop a greater awareness of the importance of physical activity and nutrition in their lives. The program guides and teaches youth to develop healthy lifestyles, while encouraging them to share the information with peers and family. This program runs twice a week and will feature either a sport/activity on our courts or a nutrition workshop in our SunLife Kitchen where participants will prepare and eat healthy snacks. These sessions will provide youth with the tools to make informed lifestyle choices.
