The Culinary Production Program prepares youth to secure employment as a kitchen helper or entry level cook. This program combines practical hands on technical training, health and safety certifications, resume, job search and employment readiness supports alongside a short training placement with one of our employer partners. 83% of our culinary trainees achieve employment through this placement process. This program is developed and lead by Hospitality Workers Training Centre and delivered in partnership with MLSE LaunchPad to include a sport component that promotes a healthy active lifestyle.

The Hospitality Workers Training Centre (HWTC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing collaborative workforce and training solutions that benefit both industry and workers in Toronto’s hospitality industry.
