Multisport - Customer Care Professional | Age 18-29


The Customer Care Professional Program is an accelerated 7-week program that launches low-income, diverse youth into contact centre careers with industry-leading firms such as CIBC, RBC, Rogers, TD and TELUS. This program provides young adults with free skills training, connections to employers, job placement services and 2 years of post-hire support to help graduates advance in their careers. Eligible youth must be ages 18-29, have completed high school and be eligible to work in Canada. This program is developed and lead by NPower Canada and delivered in partnership with MLSE LaunchPad to include a sport component that promotes a healthy active lifestyle.

NPower Canada is a non-profit, workforce development organization that provides free ICT skills training, job placement and career laddering services to youth facing multiple barriers to employment. NPower Canada partners with top employers such as Accenture, CIBC, Cisco, Deloitte, RBC, Rogers, TD, TELUS and Virgin Mobile to launch underserved youth into rewarding careers and brighter futures.
