The Contact Centre Workforce Development Program is an accelerated 6-week program that launches low-income, diverse youth into contact centre careers with industry-leading firms such as CIBC, RBC, Rogers, TD and TELUS. This program provides young adults with free skills training, connections to employers, job placement services and 2 years of post-hire support to help graduates advance in their careers. Eligible youth must be ages 18-29, have completed high school and be eligible to work in Canada. This program is developed and lead by NPower Canada and delivered in partnership with MLSE LaunchPad to include a sport component that promotes a healthy active lifestyle.
