YMCA Youth Exchange is a cultural exchange where students meet weekly with a group to tackle issues and develop a toolbox through conflict resolution, team building, citizenship, project management and financial literacy. Students will work together to build a 1-week experiential learning exchange with their communities and City with a twin community from another Province, where they will participate in planning as well as community service activities. This program is developed and lead by Pathways to Education and delivered in partnership with MLSE LaunchPad to include a sport component that promotes a healthy active lifestyle.
