Volunteer With Us

Are you passionate about making a major difference in your community while also developing your leadership and mentorship skills?

Volunteer opportunities at MLSE LaunchPad create skills-based volunteer opportunities for our youth members aged 15-18, to gain meaningful experience while completing their community service hours. We are not currently accepting applications to volunteer at this time, but please keep an eye on our member newsletter or social media channels for upcoming opportunities.

We invest in the next generation by creating access, building capacity and empowering youth.

Equity is the heart and soul of our work. We create spaces, give to sustainable programs, and deliver best-in-class sport programs. We invest in research to continue measuring, iterating, and improving on our approach. Our free community programs remove access barriers to organized sport and allow us to assess youth sport access, engagement, and equity across Ontario.

Program Overview

‍The MLSE LaunchPad YAC is a group of young people (age 15-24) who are passionate about helping youth reach their full potential through sport, physical activity and community engagement. The YAC supports MLSE LaunchPad by creating youth focused events, exciting activities and providing feedback on our programs.

Program Overview

The MLSE LaunchPad Research Advisory Committee is made up of youth and parent representatives, academic partners, and MLSE LaunchPad staff. Advisors will participate in ongoing research and evaluation decisions; design, approval, and implementation of research projects; and knowledge sharing, including presenting findings to the public.
