If you are registering for programs once the upcoming program cycle registration link closes in your welcome email you can respond back to a Member Services staff about which programs you are interested in. They will let you know if space is available.

Registration occurs during the seventh (7) week of a program cycle. You need to register each new program cycle to get access to programs. Unless you only want to come for Open Gym which does not require registration.

Our programs run in 10-week cycles: Nine (9) weeks of programming and one (1) break week for our coaches and staff to plan/prepare. Our program cycles include Summer (July and August), Fall (September to November), Winter 1 (November to February), Winter 2 (February to April) and Spring (April to June).

MLSE Scoreboard is our digital platform to keep members engaged, track attendance, and give away prizes through MLSE Scoreboard points! You can gain points by attending programs, completing surveys, and demonstrating positive behaviour. You can think of your points as currency – save them up to buy something bigger or spend them on smaller prizes for yourself or a family member.

Login to your MLSE Scoreboard account. If this is your first time logging on a parent/ guardian will have to sign an e-waiver and reset your password. We also encourage you to take this time to ensure your contact information is correct.

You can log into MLSE Scoreboard to keep track of your own schedule.

Stay connected to what your children are doing at MLSE LaunchPad by creating a Parent Account. As a parent or guardian, Scoreboard will help you stay connected to MLSE LaunchPad and your children’s experience with us. You’ll be able to view your kids’ schedule, receive messages from us, as well as better see how members earn and save up Scoreboard Points for desired prizes. While we wish to encourage members to learn and experience this with a sense of independence, we also understand the need to keep parents and guardians informed and involved. This Parent Account links to each of your child’s accounts, allowing you to view the messages they receive, the surveys they complete, their schedule, provide access and management of their profiles, and more.

Each member gets an individual MLSE LaunchPad membership tag and access to our programs and events.

Your membership must be renewed every year in September by logging into MLSE Scoreboard, updating your profile photo and contact information.
